Join LPK and Shape What Brands Become
At LPK, we don’t just design—we make meaning and magic. As a Designer, you’ll help turn strategy into distinctive brand expression, working alongside strategists and creative leaders to solve real business challenges through design. You’ll bring curiosity, craft, and an appetite for exploration to a range of brands and assignments—contributing independently, collaborating generously, and growing quickly through the work.
Why Join LPK?
- Meaningful work with ambitious brands – Contribute to transformative brand-building assignments across food, beverage, health, wellness, home, and other consumer-centered categories.
- A culture of collaboration and growth – Work with a multidisciplinary team where kindness, candor, respect, and high standards strengthen both the work and the people making it.
- Real creative ownership – Move beyond observation and production support. You’ll explore ideas, develop design solutions, and take increasing responsibility for carrying work forward.
- Boutique agility with broad influence – Gain exposure to the strategy, rigor, and reach of an established consultancy while working in a close-knit, future-focused creative collective.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and develop visual communication for brands across identity, packaging, digital experiences, design systems, illustration, and other expressions.
- Translate strategy, insights, and creative direction into clear, compelling, and thoughtfully crafted design solutions.
- Explore a range of ideas and design territories, using strong foundational skills to solve business and brand challenges creatively.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with designers, strategists, client leaders, and creative leadership throughout the creative process.
- Manage multiple projects and brands at once, delivering assigned work on-brief, on-time, and within scope and budget.
What We Look For:
Functional Mastery
- Strong foundational design proficiency—by hand and through relevant creative software—with careful attention to typography, composition, color, image-making, and craft.
- The ability to understand a brand’s existing expression, work effectively within it, and identify smart opportunities to challenge or extend it.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to receive, interpret, and act on feedback through rounds of refinement.
Work Style & Mindset
- A genuine hunger for creative excellence and a desire to understand and contribute to LPK’s standards for exceptional work.
- Strong organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize across multiple assignments and tight timelines.
- A balance of independent ownership and collaborative engagement—knowing when to move the work forward and when to seek perspective.
- Curiosity, optimism, adaptability, and a generous team orientation in a fluid, fast-moving environment.
How You’ll Grow:
Success in this role means becoming increasingly prolific in exploration and consistent in the quality of your solutions. Over time, you’ll build the judgment and confidence to carry projects forward more autonomously, articulate your creative ideas and choices clearly, and bring an increasingly elevated level of craft and polish to every design.
Who Should Apply?
You may be an early-career designer with professional, internship, freelance, or equivalent experience and a portfolio that demonstrates strong foundational thinking and craft. More important than a specific number of years is evidence that you can connect ideas to execution, learn quickly, contribute positively to a team, and raise the quality of the work through curiosity and care.
How to Apply:
Submit your resume, portfolio, and a short note sharing why LPK and this role interest you. Show us the work that best reflects how you think, explore, and make.
