LaSavista began as Novela, a UK-based brand acquired by ADM with ambitions to expand globally. The acquisition marked a pivotal new chapter—one that required the brand to evolve from a strong regional player into a larger platform built for broader reach and greater recognition.
At the same time, the specialty beverage and dessert category is increasingly expressive and experience-driven. Bartenders, baristas and chefs are not simply sourcing syrups and sauces—they are creating moments: crafting signature drinks, curating menus and creating visual delight.
With clear foundational values already in place, the business needed a more expansive identity system—and enticing brand identity with a compelling new story to tell—one capable of scaling across markets while capturing the joy, energy and performance that define modern taste culture.
SOLUTION
To support this next stage of growth, we led a comprehensive brand restage, starting fresh with a full brand creation.
We aligned stakeholders by translating culinary, category and consumer insights with their brand values to create distinct strategic pathways that defined how the brand could show up as a true tastemaker. We developed names and visual identity in tandem, ensuring cohesion from the outset and validating the direction for global viability. The rhythmic final name, LaSavista, nods to baristas, and is about savoring the best in life and elevating every taste by letting flavor sing.
Rooted in the idea of “Flavor Your Life,” we built a scalable identity system designed to feel offbeat, kinetic, indulgent, creative and joyous. Blending fun with flavor we created expressive type, vibrant color architecture and a flexible packaging system that established consistency across the portfolio. Further, additional flavor iconography, brand touchpoints and sales tools equipped their teams to bring LaSavista to life and make a splash in cafés, bars and restaurants.
