Creative Director Alex Lohmann will share how LPK creates a “culture of expansiveness,” encouraging open dialogue and ongoing learning to enhance the workplace and the work.
On Monday, September 11th, Conscious Capitalism’s Cincinnati Chapter will host its 2023 summit, gathering business leaders looking to design and implement conscious practices in their companies and deepen their social impact.
This year’s conference will focus on the power and importance of shaping an open, nurturing workplace culture. Alex Lohmann, a creative director who helps lead both cultural competency and sustainability initiatives at LPK, will join a panel to discuss aligning culture with Conscious Capitalism’s TACTILE model (Trust, Authenticity, Caring, Transparency, Integrity, Learning and Empowerment).
“Real magic happens when employees are encouraged to bring their individual passions and honest perspectives to work. That authenticity makes its way into the work, too.”
“We’ve worked hard to create a culture of expansiveness,” says Lohmann. “We’re all eager to broaden our perspectives on the world around us and have open conversations about complex topics. We recognize the learning is never done.”
For Lohmann, it’s about enhancing connection among employees, as well as with clients: “Real magic happens when employees are encouraged to bring their individual passions and honest perspectives to work. That authenticity makes its way into the work, too. As brand-builders, when we question our own assumptions about people, categories and solutions, we can craft outputs that are more culturally meaningfully and socially responsible.”
Conscious Capitalism’s summit will kick off at The Summit Hotel on September 11th at 9 AM (EST), made possible through collaboration with B Corp Regional Group, Social Enterprise Alliance, Canopy Kentucky, Net Impact UC Chapter, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Workforce Innovation Center and more.
